Can I exchange the size or model?
Yes, you can make a single exchange of the purchased item within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
Write to us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com indicating EXCHANGE in the subject line and informing us: order number, swimsuit you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and the new size or style you require.
The amount to cover the return and reshipping costs is €8, which will be paid by bank transfer.
Changes apply only to addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Otherwise, a refund will be required.
Can I make a return?
Yes, you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return, and it must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of your return request.
Write to us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com indicating RETURN in the subject line and informing us: order number, swimsuit you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
*Please note that once we process your return, we'll deduct €5 from the return shipping costs for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
*If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the rest of the world, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs charged by the shipping company you choose to use.
To exchange or return items, they must be in perfect condition: unworn, perfume-free, stain-free, and unwashed. They must include their tags, hygiene protector, and original packaging.
How will I get my money back?
Once we've examined the item, we'll refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used. You'll receive an email confirming the refund and informing you that the amount will be refunded. The refund may take 7-10 business days to be processed.
Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Saltymoon reserves the right to reject exchanges or returns, communications or shipments outside the established timeframe, or items that are not in the same condition as when received.
Wrong or defective products:
At Saltymoon, we thoroughly inspect all of our products before shipping, ensuring their quality. However, if you accidentally receive a product you didn't order or that has a defect, please contact us via email at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will process your exchange as long as the product is unused, with tags, a hygiene protector, and its original packaging. Once the product has been inspected, we will send you a replacement. We will cover the collection and shipping costs.
Items purchased through special promotions:
Items purchased at a discount (whether through promotions, special offers, or sales) can be returned within the timeframe established in our General Return Policy, provided they meet the conditions of being unused and in their original packaging.
If you decide to exchange a discounted item, you can do so for another item of equal or greater value (subject to availability), as long as the returned item is in perfect condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be made within the return period indicated.
If you decide to return a discounted item, your refund will be the amount paid (the discounted price) and not the original value of the item.
Exceptions: Some products purchased during special promotions, such as clearance sales or flash sales, may be subject to specific non-returnable and non-exchangeable conditions. These conditions will be clearly stated in the product description and during the checkout process.
