Exchanges and Returns

At Saltymoon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return your order, here's how to do it.

Can I exchange for a different size or model?

Yes, you can exchange the purchased item within 21 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Shipping for your new item is FREE.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line.
  2. Include: order number, item to be exchanged, reason for exchange, and new size or model.
  3. We will send you a prepaid return label.
  4. Pay 5€ by bank transfer (cost of the return label).
  5. Send the item using the provided label.
  6. Once received and verified, we will send you your new item free of shipping costs.

Conditions:

  • First exchange: Shipping of the new item is FREE (only for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
  • Return label: 5€ (will be paid by bank transfer before we send you the new item).
  • Additional exchanges: 10€ (return and new shipping costs) to be paid by bank transfer.

The first free exchange only applies to addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations (Portugal, Canary Islands, Europe, rest of the world), a return must be made.

Can I make a return?

Yes, you have 21 calendar days to request a return from the date you receive the item. The item must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of your return request.

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
  2. Include: order number, item to be returned, and reason for return.
  3. We will send you a prepaid return label (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands only). The cost of the label, 5€, will be deducted from your refund.

Return costs:

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 5€ will be deducted from your refund.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the rest of the world, you must cover the return shipping cost with your chosen transport company.

Conditions for exchanges and returns:

Items must be in perfect condition: unused, without perfume, without stains, and unwashed. With their tags, hygienic protector, and original packaging.

How will I be refunded?

Once the item has been examined, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirming the refund and informing you that the amount will be reimbursed. The refund payment may take 7-10 business days.

In no case will shipping costs be refunded, if any.

Saltymoon reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or for items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Incorrect or defective products:

At Saltymoon, we thoroughly check all our products before sending them, guaranteeing their quality. If by mistake you receive a product you did not order or one with a defect, please contact us via email saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will process your exchange as long as the product is unused, with tags, hygienic protector, and its original packaging. Once the product has been reviewed, we will send you the new one. Collection and subsequent shipping costs will be covered by us.

Items purchased in special promotions:

Items purchased at a discount (promotions, special offers, or sales) can be exchanged or returned within the established period, provided they meet the conditions: unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging.

Exchanges of discounted items:

You can exchange your item for another of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability and provided it is in perfect condition.

Returns of discounted items:

The refund will be issued at the value paid (discounted price) and not at the original price of the product.

Exceptions:

Some products purchased in special promotions, such as clearance or flash sales, may be subject to specific no-return or no-exchange conditions. These conditions will be clearly indicated in the product description and during the checkout process.
