We ship to all of Spain, Portugal, and the rest of the world. Check shipping costs and delivery times according to your location.
Shipping costs:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands standard: €5. (Correos) | FREE shipping on purchases over €69 (Correos).
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands express: €7 (Correos).
- Portugal standard: €9 (Correos) | FREE shipping on purchases over €100 (Correos).
- Canary Islands standard: €12 (Correos)
- Rest of Europe (EU): €18 (UPS)
- Rest of the World: €26 (UPS)
Delivery times:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands standard: 3-5 business days.
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands express: 24-48 business hours.
- Portugal standard: 5-7 business days.
- Canary Islands standard: 7-10 business days.
- Rest of Europe (EU) standard: 7-12 business days
- Rest of the World: Up to 15 business days.
Order processing:
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, shipping will be made on the first operational business day.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Important information:
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service.
Saltymoon will not be responsible if delivery is not made due to incomplete or inaccurate data, absence of the customer, or retention at Customs.
Address changes after shipping will incur new costs to be paid by the customer.
All customs expenses (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient. If the customer rejects the package at customs, Saltymoon will not be responsible for the package or associated costs.
