Shipping costs:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands standard: €4.90 (Correos). Free shipping for purchases over €69 (Correos).
- Portugal Standard: €8.50 (Correos) Free Shipping for purchases over €100 (Correos)
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands express: €5.90 (Correos)
- Portugal express: €9.90 (Post Office)
- Canary Islands standard: €14 (Correos)
- Rest of Europe (EU): €20 (UPS)
- Rest of the World: €35 (UPS)
Delivery times:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands standard: between 3-5 business days.
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands express: in 24-48 business hours.
- Portugal Standard: between 5-7 business days.
- Portugal express: between 2-4 business days.
- Standard Canary Islands: between 7-10 business days.
- Rest of Europe (EU) standard: between 7-5 business days
- Rest of the World: Up to 10 business days.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. will leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will leave our warehouse the following business day.
If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, shipping will be made on the first business day.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.
Saltymoon will not be liable if delivery is not made due to incomplete, inaccurate, or false information provided by the customer, or if delivery cannot be made due to the customer's absence or due to Customs retention.
For any errors or changes in the shipping address, the new shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
All customs fees (if any) will be borne by the recipient. If the customer rejects the package at customs, Saltymoon will not be responsible for the package or any associated fees.
